We believe there is a growing demand in south Florida for families who are seeking safe, high end neighborhoods to raise their families. FRV Management both consults and invests alongside teams to build luxury homes that meet the 21st century lifestlyes. Our focus has been to offer Palm Beach quality living at a reduced price point.
FRV Managment also represents private clients as an Owner's Representative. In this role, we quarterback the entire process of building a home and act as a conduit between the client and everyone involved (Contractor's, Architects, Designers, Municipalities, etc.). Our goal is to make the process of building their home easier and more efficient by streamlining scheduling, communication and decision making.

My Background
About
Fritz Van der Grift graduated high school from Deerfield Academy and received his B.S. in Political Science and Spanish from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2010. Upon graduation, Fritz served as Special Assistant to Florida’s CFO, Jeff Atwater for 2 1⁄2 years. Fritz was integral in coordinating regional and state efforts on behalf of the CFO’s office, assisting constituents and working with hundreds of entrepreneurs and business owners throughout the state. As an entrepreneur by nature and inspired by the business growth within Florida, Fritz became involved in a number of business ventures, including serving as a wealth manager at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch for the last seven years. He most recently founded FRV Management, a private investment firm focused on real estate and asset management. Over the last decade, Fritz has become well versed in the south Florida real estate market and has managed numerous multi million dollar real estate projects. His strengths lie in organizational management and the ability to work with every team member in order to get the job done.
