FRV Management is our management division and represents private clients as an Owner's Representative in the surrounding Palm Beach area. In this role, we quarterback the entire process of building a home and act as a conduit between the client and all parties involved (Contractors, Architects, Designers, Municipalities, etc.). Our goal is to make the process of building a home easier and more efficient by streamlining scheduling, communication and decision making.
Roles of an Owner's Representative

Point of contact for all work related to construction and design. This includes but is not limited to: General Contractor, Design Team, Architects, Attorneys, City

Represents the owner for any on or off-site meetings with vendors for product review and selection, progress updates, major installation (if needed), etc.

Weekly progress reports and site visits w/photos

Budget oversight and value engineering to ensure target financials are met. Receives invoices, consolidates and prepares financials to be sent to owner for payment on a semi-monthly basis

Direct communication with GC and Site Supervisor on schedule, progress, product selection review and any unforeseen issues

Works directly with design team to prepare selection packages within allowance to be presented to owner for review and decision

Ensures property remains in good standing with city code and compliance

For services provided above, FRV Management Co. charges a monthly fixed fee through certificate of occupancy
